When is my insurance effective?

We don’t believe in waiting, so your insurance policy becomes effective immediately after your payment online is verified. The verification process takes only seconds, and voila! you have coverage! You can print your insurance certificate immediately after purchasing, and if you need to add additional insureds, you can do that right away too.

How does association insurance work?

By purchasing insurance through the Health and Bodywork Association, you save money on insurance premiums because you are part of a group acquiring insurance directly from a carrier. Programs allow businesses and individuals of similar industries to buy the insurance in bulk from an insurer, resulting in lower individual premiums. You don’t share coverage limits, just savings. Can I “Future Date” the start of my policy?

Yes, your effective policy date can be up to 30 days past your purchase date.

What is an Additional Insured?

An additional insured is a person or organization (not a co-worker, employee or friend) that is added to your insurance policy by endorsement. This is a common request.

When you add someone to your policy as an additional insured, you are extending your policy coverages to protect the additional insured.

In other words, if someone slipped in your booth and broke their arm, the injured person could sue you and the venue. Since the venue is added as an additional insured, your insurance policy would protect both you and the venue in the suit.

Can I add an Additional Insured after I purchase my policy?

Yes. Just log into your account on the website, and you will be able to print off your certificates within minutes.

Is there a cost to add an Additional Insured?

Yes, there is a small cost to add an additional insured. It’s $10 for the first one and $5 for each after that. To purchase additional insureds, log back into your account and under the policy screen click on add additional insured button.

What is a deductible?

A deductible is the amount of the loss that is your responsibility. For example, if you have a theft claim of $1,750 dollars, you will be responsible for $250 dollars of that claim. The insurance company will pay you $1,500 dollars. Remember that with the ACT policy there is no liability deductible!

How long is my policy coverage?

Health and Bodywork policies are annual, so your policy will provide you coverage for 12 months from the effective date you select. You will also see the effective and expiration dates listed on your policy proof of insurance document, which is accessible from your online account.

Can I cancel my policy?

Because our policies are 100% earned, we regret that we cannot offer refunds once coverage begins.

Is my practice/technique/method covered?

Policyholders must be in compliance with all federal, state and/or local regulations. For example, if your state requires you to have a license before practicing, you must have that license in order for the policy to be valid.

Since we provide coverage for an extended list of methods, it is easier to check out the exclusions that the policy will not cover. A list of the exclusions can be found here.

Are there monthly payments?

No, premium is due upfront for the whole year (this also includes hosting of your website). If you need some time to save up before you can purchase, please take advantage of our Remind Me tool so you don’t forget.

Does my membership automatically renew?

No. Your membership does not automatically renew.

How do I renew my policy?

To renew your policy, login to your online account. Click on “My Policies” then click the “Renew” button next to your expiring policy number. The Renew button will only be available within 30 days of policy expiration date. Click that button and follow directions provided to you.

Biz Builder Questions

Can I use my business name for my website name?

Yes. There are two types of names (called domain names) that you can choose for your website and you can change them at any time. The first option is called a sub domain name and it’s free. I already own a domain name. Can I use that instead of a new one?

Yes. It’s easy to point a domain name to our servers. Log into the account where you registered your domain name, click on DNS (Domain Name Server) Management and point your domain name to the following IP address: If you want us to manage your domain’s email, you’ll want to point your email DNS over to our email server as well.

Are there any extra fees associated with the website?

No. Everything on your website is already built in and free to use… Including the Online Appointment Scheduler!

After creating my site, can I change it later?

Yes. Our Biz Builder tool is fully customizable 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. You can make changes when/wherever you want.

Do you allow FTP access to your sites?

No. For security reasons we are no longer allowing FTP access. With our Biz Builder tool, you won’t need to use another program to develop a fantastic looking website.

Do I have to sell Cocave products?

No. We’ve added the organic & natural Cocave product lines to your site to help you make money online without any effort of your own. If making money without effort isn’t your thing, don’t worry about it. You can disable all of the extra money making and appointment scheduling features from your website.

If I choose to sell Cocave, how much do I get from each sale?

There are three different ways to make money from selling Cocave products.
1. If you sell them directly from your website, we take care of the credit card processing, shipping, tracking, etc. We pay a generous commission of 20% which you can request from the Biz Builder admin.

2. You can purchase the products at a wholesale cost (and in bulk) and can offer them for sale from your place of business. You can mark them up quite a bit more this way. You also decide what your customer base would be willing to pay.

3. You can customize the Cocave line individually for each customer. Dealing with Eczema or Dandruff? Make a special blend that will help your customer topped off with a scent they really enjoy. For this personal touch, you can always charge a premium price. Don’t forget, you can add your own custom label to the bottles too.

Are the Cocave products part of a Multi Level Marketing business?

No. Heavens no! We’re looking to help our Health & Bodywork members succeed… not the guys who started the business. Since we DON’T have people at each level taking a cut, we can offer higher quality products at lower prices. Watch the Cocave video already on your website to see if you’d be interested in helping yourself, your clients while simultaneously helping others around the world. Nothing exists quite like it.

How can the Appointment Scheduler be free?

Great question! Everything you see in the Biz Builder tool and App was built by Global Goods Biz Builder company. They don’t have to pay license fees to anyone for the services they provide. Unlike other associations who can only provide discounts to services, we’re giving you everything for free!

How does the Gift Certificate Program work?

We work closely with the Biz Builder, Yelp, Google, Yahoo and others to advertise your business in your area. We take care of the credit card processing, unique code identifier and the instant access to gift certificates from your website. For that, we accept a 10% processing fee to make the entire process seamless for you. So, if someone buys a gift certificate from your website for $75, we’d deposit $67.50 directly into your checking account.

Product Questions

Do I have to sell Cocave from my site?

No. We thought it would be helpful to help you make more money when you’re not working… but if that’s not your thing, No Worries! The cart can easily be disabled from your site.

Who handles the shipping of products?

Cocave products will be shipped the next business day after an order is placed. An email with tracking numbers will be sent to the person who places the order.

Do I have to mix Cocave?

No. It was difficult finding a company where you have the ability to make your own custom products that still had a fantastic stand alone product by itself. It’s almost as if Cocave was made for professionals in this industry. Mixing is not a requirement. The products are great on their own.

Do I have to add my own label to the products?

No. That’s a nice feature that Cocave has allowed us the rights to do exclusively with their products so you can work on building your own business instead of someone else. But we understand it’s not for everyone. The products will still have Cocave labels and won’t require your additional labels.

Is Cocave another Multi-Level company?

No. They are not a multi-level or direct marketing company. In order to keep the pricing on the products affordable for everyone, they chose not to go the MLM route. Since they DON’T have people at each level taking a cut, they can offer higher quality products at lower prices to our association members. However they do sell some of their products to MLM companies who crank the prices to cover all of their downlines. Health & Bodywork members are getting the best of both worlds.

How do I make money selling Cocave products?

If you sell the products straight from your website, (Cocave will handle the credit card processing, shipping, tracking- Basically all the difficult stuff of an online business) you’ll receive a 20% commission on those sales. Professionals can make more by purchasing the products by the case and selling them in their stores. Those who choose to mix (personalize) the products, can put their own labels on the bottles and sell the products as a customized special product to make the most. The sky is really the limit.

Do Cocave products contain harmful parabens or sulfates?

No. Parabens are man-made chemicals used as preservatives. They are found in so many products because they are FDA approved and cost pennies to manufacture and use. Although they are capable of fighting off bacteria and fungus, there are more natural and healthy ways of getting the same results. Nearly ALL parabens used as preservatives are harsh, man-made chemicals and ARE NOT naturally occurring. Cocave doesn’t use harmful sulfates either.
